Last November, I challenged myself to a personal "diddy-a-day" challenge. I made one beat a day for a week (with a break to celebrate Diwali <3). A Practice is the second single off my EP, diddies vol. 1, which is a collection of beats from those sessions. This track includes a bonus track titled '11.12'.

Monday is close to my heart. I produced, wrote, and recorded this song during 2020 as a remedy to help me make it through the weeks—through the politics, the hardship, the insane, and at times, the monotonous mundane. Writing it helped me keep my things in frame— stay humble, helpful, confident, kind, mindful, resilient, and all the sweet things in between.
