After a long trek to the mountains, we got too much of a good thing. Record breaking snowfall not only shut down the ski lifts on the mountain, but closed off every road in Mammoth. 

Locked in a cabin with some laptops, netflix (and 🍄), we got lost in a new anime epic called Vinland Saga. With nothing else to do other than build forts in the snow, we came up with this beat.

A few words about this song: 
"i was feeling kind of frustrated with where my life was, it felt like nothing was happening for me. there were moments of writing this album that made me re-think the reasons i was creating music in the first place. “Regret" came from those feelings of inadequacy in myself."

Wrote this song thinking about how we take the world for granted sometimes. It’s easy to get lost in our daily lives without noticing the beauty surrounding us. Take a moment to look around and take it all in once in a while!

Written in July, 2019 and released April, 2020 - this is one of my favorite songs I've made, also one of the first songs I sang on. Here's a little bit about the track:

"i wrote this song in July, 2019 when i was feeling inspired by the excitement of love (i know, cheesy). love is such an intricate feeling, i don’t know if anyone really knows how to describe it to its full potential. this song, for me, is about finding that one person and never letting them go no matter what happens in your life. things will get harder and you’ll both change but if it’s true love, it can last a lifetime."
